Description

Um... This was fun? LOL, granted it took me three tries to get this complete with Poser crashing on me and all :P (Special note) Remember to save before each render... and -DON'T- play flash games while rendering or Poser will just disappear like mist :P Oh oh... and this dress was really hard to make just right but more then worth the effort, I think I spent most of my time messing with the bottom half! Anywho, Got to play with some props and some new stuff... Postwork in PSP TY for your comments! :D

Really excellent job on the bottom part of the dress, the hard work really shows - or rather, does not show, it looks quite good and smooth. Maybe the inner part of the hem, along the slit, could be sharpened just a tiny bit; I think the contrast on the back part is a bit too intense, you may want to put a very low power back light in there to fill in some of that black. It's OK for her inner thigh/calf to be dark, but not so much the outside of the right torso side and leg. Such a beautiful job on the folds of the dress!

Very good image. The only "critique" is just a personal opinion... if she is a priestes, shouldn't she have a sacred symbol or maybe a staff?

Nice flowing dress, good lighting. I would not have thought her to be a priestress, though. Great picture.

The only reason I called her 'Priestess' is because thats what the dress sorta reminded me of and at that point I had exhausted my creativity supply LOL!

I like this image very much, but wish that the dress didn't look quite so "washed out" It seems a bit "over-illuminated". Sometimes poser has problems with white clothing, so you might add just a little off-white via the materials room if you return to this. The dress itself is a knock-out.

I like the fold painting so far but I agree with pjz99. The background is to intense and to much blurred in my opinion. I also would add some shadows because where is light there is shadow too :) Another thing I notice is the black line on her right site or inside. Looks to me that you dublicate the figure layer and then filled the dublicate layer with black and put it behind the figure. If so .... try to blur the shadow with Filter..Blur...Gaussian Blurr :) After this try to change the perspective of this shadow layer. Look where the light is coming from and move the shadow to this site. Hopefully this helps a bit. Like the painting so far. You really did a great job. :)

Late to the party again, I would agree the white "is" a little bright. I can see the hard work in it though and it pays off. Someone mentioned a staff or symbol, I would agree with that too, denoting preistess.

Hm - I like the softness ogf the image and for me, the background with that staircase is just perfect, I think without it being so intense there would be too much emptiness around the figure. I find the mist in the foreground a little disturbing though. The dress looks very good and natural, but there is a thing about her eyes, they look a bit snakelike and fixed for my taste. Perhaps just regulate the up-down a little bit to the nagtive side so that the iris just rests on the lower eye lid? And I find the colour of the hair and skin just a trifle too orange for the rest of the colouring of the scene. Minor trifles, those - overall it is a great job!

Don't mess with a thing! Looks beautiful the way it is! I love the coloring of the hair and eyes, gives the picture more color. Without it, might be a bit bland. :)
