Description

Hmmmmmm............ yeah ... this is one of the pictures that I absolutely KNEW what I want to do from the first get go. I knew I wanted her to be pressing her hand onto the "window" ... I knew I want something to be reflected off the window. I knew that she is going to be sad. So ... I couldn't quite accomplish this in Vue - so basically the reflection, some dodging, burning, colour, the pressed areas on the hand are done by postwork. All's well that ends well! Took about 9 hours and 33 mins to render it in Vue ... I think its the blasted hair!!!! ... But still... its hard isn't it? Especially when it takes this long in Vue - you gotta consider if the overall picture is really worth the length of the rendering time? The pressed part of the hand took me a good while to work on - I hope this does really give the look I intend. hmmmmm Oh well! Hope you like this and thank you for lookin' and for leaving one, two or three of the C's... Comments, Constructive feedbacks and compliments! :) heh heh Chalada! Tina

I think the hand looks just great. Nice work! I think a cool way to protray the goodbye even more would be to have a mans reflection walking away from her, she's then got something to be sad about moreso than city blocks.

I think you totally pulled it off. Its a great image! The window FX are very cool. And she is very pretty; I'd love to see more of her. Hair came out great as well. I very much like the overall design.

Only 9 hours? Kids today ;) Seriously, most of my renders even on optimized user settings take 15-25 hours. Looks good though!
