Description
Just ... do NOT ask about the title ok? I can't think to save my life and don't feel like it. I got the attacks of the "blahies". I feel blah and everything's just stupid.
The other night, in the dark, trying to get to the bedroom to sleep, at 3:15 in the morning, I tripped over a cord from the heater, stepped on a mega block piece (a big version of lego blocks but for toddlers) that I didn't clean up in the living room, and landed on my fours on the floor (no funny ideas there)... and thought ok - at least I didn't break my neck (knock wood!) ... then got up, and noticed how the bottom of my left foot was throbbing like crazy ... went and fingered my foot through the hole of my sock (the hole was there for a while hahaha) and discovered it was wet.
In the dark, the only conclusion I could come to was - it was bleeding and it was a lot of wetness.
Bleugh. I wouldn't describe any further (I ain't that queasy but you guys may be :)) but had to call the hospital. But because I'm living in a small town - the docs are not on duty 24/7 and I had to wait til 8 in the morning to get my foot looked at.
Didn't need stitches (i'm sorta disappointed - I want stitches!) - so it got those stripes thingy and a bandage wrapped around my foot with some gauze acting as a cushion. I'm limping all over the place, doing housework and being a mother with my foot throbbing and throbbing whenever I limped around.
Yeah ... thought I'd share that story with you lovely people because I ain't getting that much sympathy from home and I need to find that elsewhere*!* *grin*
So note to self and to you all - clean up the toys with (that is - turn on the lights on beforehand!) so if you gotta walk across the room in the dark - you won't trip over!
So yeah. This picture. I have been rendering stuff left and right - they take too long to render. There's one picture that is into its 86 hours something render and its like ... well, into the 2nd quarter of the picture and that is... really ... annoying ... for ... a ... person ... who ... do ... not ... have ... much ... patience!
So thought - just do a quick and easy pic of Apollo. Slapped it into Vue. Rendered in like 3 hours. Slapped it into Photoshop. Postworked it like in hmmm half an hour. Then slapping it here to get it uploaded.
I do have all the patience for bending knuckles and postworking (well ... ) ... but for rendering - I hate to wait :(

Hey, that's a damn good pic! I can't say TOO much about him, being and XY carrier myself, but... seriously, I think the pose and POV are excellent. Terrific skin tones. I'm pretty sure you'll have some womenfolk drop by to drool all over him. My only nitpick would be the brighter/pinker area around the left side of his neck, perhaps that should have some shadows smudged on. But: put it this way - I don't think I've ever looked at a Poser male picture this long (Not that there's anything wrong that that...) -- it's really quite excellent. Sorry about your foot. Maybe while you're immobilized you can sit and render some more terrific pix?

Oh Tina, you poor thing.. Murphy's law at large, eh? Hope your foot is better soon!! Great render girl!!!! I prefer to look at women, but this one I looked at for quite some time!! The POV, lighting and pose... WOW! His expression... WOW again!! Outstanding job!!!!!

Ok... poor thing... there ya go.. as much sympathy as I cam muster... turn the bloody lights on next time... geees... "stuff" will invaded all available floor area in the dark... it moves around over night... gets itself on, floors, kitchen benches, in cupboards, on computer desks... hell you name it... in the morning, you go to find something and the damn thing has moved from where you're sure you left it last night. So... I'm not surprised you tripped over something in the dark.... geeees... when will people learn...lol... sorry about not getting stitches too... a woman with a scar... cooooool!!!! And to the rendering time... harden up will ya... geees... normal for great images... not like mine that I whip out in 30 minutes.. the beauty of white backgrounds...lol... oh.. and male nudity... hell I don't know... I quess it comes down tot he size of the nipple... or the length of his armpit hair... I don't make the rules... but mods are known to bend them from whim to whim! Hope ya feeling better soon foot!
