Description

I would guess that, normally, this title would refer to saturated colors... and I suppose it fits. But saturated in rain is what we're experiencing here. I was on Amazon.com today and saw a book on how to build an ark... ordered it, too. Now I'm watching the Home Depot site (Lowes, for H_Dog) ... hoping they'll have mitre saws on special soon... ;) On a more exciting note... I found Nemo!! A couple of days ago we had a major wind storm blow through... and today I saw a large orange and black striped fish laying around in the vineyard next door. Through the brambles and over the ditch I went... I had to see what it was. It was a huge kite... a Nemo kite. I dragged it home and tied it to the clothesline. If it's yours... please let me know. Boggles the mind to think how far it may have travelled in the storm. I'm thinking that folks should write their names and addresses on kites. We could start a whole new forum on lost aerodynamic collectables ... ;) Ultra Fractal.... Thanks so very much to all of you for your thoughts and very kind feedback on my last upload... and thank you for taking the time to have a look at this one. Hugs! Helen :)

I can't tell which I enjoy more, your fractals or what you write. You write so well that I always look forward to that. Let me know if you need help gathering two of each kind of animals.

If you get the ark built, don't take mosquitoes on board. Be sure and make an adjustment to the plans though so that you can run your computer and still create wonderful fractals for us.

For a moment there I was thinking a fish had actually been blown out of the water and landed in the vineyard. That must have been some storm then, wouldn't it. lol. Don't know what I like best: your story or your sunset. Both are exquisite. ^_^

Dynamic harmony is sure to reign on your ark; need one here in NH for the upcoming 3rd 100 year level flood in a year....

Great balls of fire!! If you stare at this one for a few seconds, it begins to twirl. Like the contrast between the green, and the oranges and yellows. I think that is the key to the sense of motion. You are including so much detail these days, it is almost like a fractal version of Where's Waldo ;-) I find myself exploring the depths of the detail in search of something partially hidden. Another beauty, LM. Amazon.com..."How to Build An Ark"...MMMM...Wonder of Lowes has enough lumber for one ;-)

This is gorgeous. By the time you get the ark book though, it'll be dry and you will be wondering why you ordered it. ;o) Gotta love Amazon.com. Superbly done. Bunny

Those look like large raindrops you have been experiencing and I hope you don't have to build the ark, though reading about it will fill in the day when you can't be in the garden. Nemo will be glad to be flying again and not drowning. Love all the texture and depth you have got in this fractal.

Always such a pleasure to view your work! No, the kite's not mine - Brian and I are into big kites - but I don't think the storm would have blown it 4,000 plus miles. (lol!)
