Description

... as opposed to pearlescense... which is kinda the same... but different.. ;) Ultra Fractal with slight embossing in PSP7. Thank you all for your very kind feedback on Saturated Sunset Blues... I surely appreciate it. And... since no one laid claim to Nemo-the-flying-fish-kite... I guess I'll keep him. He's in the mud room right now... resting atop the vacuum cleaner. It's not that he didn't like being tethered to the clothesline... but he was scaring the heck out of the cats. And... well... you know how everyone tends to make fun of "scaredy-cats". Even the sparrows were twittering at the sight of full-grown cats running away from Nemo. I try to maintain a zero-tolerance attitude when it comes to critters making fun of other critters... especially in my back yard... so Nemo is temporarily confined to the utility room. I'm hoping that, if he gets bored enough, he'll decide to learn how to use the vacuum cleaner. That could only result in a win-win situation... ;) Many thanks, as well, for taking the time to have a look at this one! Hugs! Helen :)

Recently I was watching chef Robert Irvine use his trademark titanium chef's knives. They have this bluish pearlescense that is a real eye catcher...along the same lines as this eye catcher. The twin strands of pearls on the left are a great touch. Again you can't help but study every nook and cranny, admiring all the details and textures along the way. Thanks again, LM :-)

A real pearl with that colouring. Beautiful. Has to be a favourite. I like the idea of Nemo doing the vacuuming. I can just see the cats diving for cover when Nemo was flying about. :)

Maybe Nemo could learn to cook dinner too. Even do the laundry since he has to live in the utility room. ;o) All kidding aside, this is a superbly designed piece. So elegant and exquisite in design. I really like the intricate little embossed spirals. Excellent work. Bunny

My monitor is flickering like crazy today! Maybe I need a power conditioner but more likely this one's about had it. At least it stands still long enough for me to enjoy your latest work; the subtlety of the colors and textures is outstanding. Nemo, the captain of the mighty vacumn, now that's the kind of thing that could be endlessly inspiring. So how did a fish learn how to fly anyway? I never saw the movie but I doubt it was as good as the adventures he'll be having with you.
