I keep picking these in my Dad's garden to prevent them spreading even more! However, a wonderful creation and looks great in your image! As it slowly unfurled itself when zooming, I thought I was looking at an exotic feather headdress!

Fantastic macro shot Di, the DOF is superb. These things are a real pain in the gardens, but they're also quite pretty!! Hoping you're feeling better really soon - get yourself a hot toddy, that will sort it out for you! Hugs xx

lovely marco. sorry you are are creeking a bit, I had a 2-margarita lunch today - a decent reason to feel sorry for myself and shed a few deserved tears for my pitiful self (LOL) so the bronchitis that is threatening me at present is temporarily forgotten. :-) Nice shot here.

I don't understand why people don't like dandelions more. They are a very pretty color, the bunnies love to eat them and they look pretty even when they die. Hope you feel better soon.

I can look at this as purely a piece of art. I can! I can! It has beauty, symmetry, light. It is not inherently evil. (Oh crap. What am I saying? Kill it before it multiplies!) No, no . . . it really is quite beautiful! You've brought something out here that is quite lovely. (Art, TK, it's art.)

Yes I too have a problem with these but they can look so beautiful one has to forgive them for appearing in the garden. You have brought out its beauty with this shot. Incredible detail. I hope your flu leaves you quickly.

Diane it is amazing how you can turn a "Little Weed" into what you have presented here, which has now become an image of depth and beauty.
