12 Days I've been smoke free. I do chew lot's of gum, and more gum. :O) I've never made it a day before. Thank you for looking.

You can do it!!! My hubby is 38 - been smoking since he was 12. He gave it up 2 almost 3 years ago. First thing he noticed was how much better everything tasted! Beautiful pic.

I smoked 35 years and have been smoke free for over 3 years now! Like others, it IS the BEST thing I ever did! Keep going, now your close to where it is only the habit you need to break. The addiction part is almost over!
