12 Days I've been smoke free. I do chew lot's of gum, and more gum. :O)
I've never made it a day before.

You can do this....YOUR stronger then you think...it will play games with you ....YOU just have to be ready to fight it and then it will stay away...Good Luck...Ex-Smoker..will be 14yrs....

Congratulations. Twenty-five years ago, I did the cold turkey thing from 2.5 packs a day. Never looked back and have been glad I did it. Excellent work. Bunny

I have been an ex smoker for 8 years now, the first 3 months are the bit you need to get over, I did it cold turkey too, the best bit of it no more smokey hair, clothing and everything else, I dont miss the damn thing one bit Rather spend my money on content than that. Angela

Congrats! It's been almost 5 years since I quit but as doc told me it was a matter of life or death. I have severe emphysema/COPD as a result of 40+ years of smoking! I know how difficult it is to quit - worse addiction there is! Great job!

Congratualtions. I'm smoke-free for 3 years now ... after 32 years! So I know what you're going though. All I can say is keep going! Gum is a such a great friend, eh? Wonderful image! Excellent render. Love the light and skin texture. Almost failed to notice the cat!

all what people said here is absolutely true. i am so happy for you, and me too!!!! i have 21 days without smoking, and i feel as i have 20 again... not i all aspects, but in some yes... thanks God for all of us, those that are quitting, those already free and specially for those are thinking to open the door to the real air... congrats and please!!!!!!! dont surrender!!!!!!! fabiana
