Description

Well - i had a glass of water infront of me after i finished shooting yesterday's upload. So what else but to do something like this with the setup? :) As for the glass thing in yesterday's upload: The elements are the building blocks of Nature... and what gender is Nature normally portrayed as? Well "Mother Nature" would seem to say she was a she. The glass or "chalice" is a symbol of the woman as it represents the womb (da vinci code?) and in wiccan ceremonies the chalice is the representation of "feminine". Thus the elements are within and part of Mother Nature. That was my thinking anyway ;) Enjoy! Rich :)

Another great shot Rich. I really like the way the glass reflects the backround in reverse - makes for a very interesting shot of an "ordinary" glass of water. I love the way you've captured the motion of the water too. Great thinking behind the elements shot of yesterday, completely different to my theory (as you know!!) - but I like your's better anyway, it's far more romantic!! Great capture here. xx

I find the background being B&W split most interesting. The storm would've been better if there was still a spiral touching the bottom of the glass.
