It is pretty clear what is and isn't nudity. This is not, unless you include the grass and trees. The lady has a lovely outfit on, and the car a super coat of paint!

Beautiful colors in this unique composition of a partially clad young lady seeking aid for herself and a 37 Buick or 38 Chevy stuck out in the middle of a sea of flowers. Lots of work here.

Excellent work, though hope you don;t mind a little bit of constructive crit? The car looks out of perspective with the background and with the girl. It could perhaps do with being shrunk down a little more, and perhaps blended in a little bit more with the background. Those flowers look tall - to get a sense of perspective and scaling, you could bring one or two of the flowers out in front of the car, make it sit in the background a bit better. Also, there appears to be no shadow from the car on the background (of from the girl, for that matter). However, the reflections on the door and bumper really do help. Now to the girl. It is one of the most difficult things to blend 2D and 3D images together (as I have found, having spent several months trying to teach myself to do it). I'm still learning, but I can still pass the knowledge I have gained (with a lot of help from the people on these forums as well as my own playing) on to you. Firstly, you've cut her out well, at least up to her hair. Hair should be fluffy, and it's too sharp around the edges there. Just take a small smudge brush and fluff it up, and that'll make it look a lot better. Secondly, she looks a bit too plastic. You might make it look better just painting in some shadows and highlights with the burn and dodge tool. Also, if you duplicate the girl layer, desaturate it, and then lower the opacity, it gets rid of the over-saturation that 3D images are so prone to getting. Sorry for the over-long post, just want to help you produce the best images you can. :D

That is very clever to get the reflections and I too am wondering why Helena drove through those lovely flowers. Excellent creation.
