Description
A few miles from the village of Tarland in Deeside,North east Scotland this is the most Westerly of what are called recumbent stone circles.Thats on account of the large stone on its side with two upright flanking stones. This site was restored in 2002 , having very nearly been lost to a Victorian quarry. New access paths are in place giving a short sloping walk onto this low hill with excellent views.
