Description

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You know, there are always stories about the mysterious woman who lives in the dark part of the forest. In most of those stories, she is described as an ugly old hag that turns men into frogs and bakes children into her apple pie. She was created to scare little kids into behaving and listening to their mothers. Normally, she is considered as wearing a big, frumpy black dress and lives in a run down hut with all kinds of nasty creatures of the night guarding her door. Well I think this is horribly unfair to that poor woman. What if she is just a normal woman who likes to look good (and isn't ugly LOL!) Who loves children and hopes to have some of her own one day, and why on earth would she turn men into frogs? (Ew, yuck! She's trying to impress them with looking good and would never turn them into ick-tasticness. Besides, you can't have children with a frog!) Her house is actually a nice little cottage with a garden outside. Sure she plays with magic but hey, if you got it, flaunt it, right? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is my representation of what that woman should be :P BIG thanks to my friend vampimatrix, ty so much for the gifts! *Hugs hugs hugs!!!* I spent quite a bit of time setting up the lighting on this one. I was going for the 'standing in the shade on a sunny day' look and I think I managed it pretty well. No postwork. Comments always appreciated :D

She's beautiful and I think the lighting is spot on. My only question is about the green and orange objects to her right. They kind of look like leaves and a flower, but they are very angular. Whatever they are, I found them a bit distracting. But still, very good image. -Alan
