The drawn an painted effect great when can be done with filter's, but finding right filters a pain, even with the programs i got you can never get right. Nice effect and 1 thing do a search for free filter's as lost me websites of some free stuff you would find real great.

Very nicely done! Lighting and shadows are very distinct. Have you tried this in B/W yet, even a 50% desaturation?
