Description

An old poster for the 1934 Silver Streak Zephyr. Two days from Chicago to San Fransisico and you travelled in style. Back at a time when getting there was as good as it gets. The Silver Streak and tracks made in 3ds Max. Lots of PS textures and postwork graphics. Environment and render done in Vue 6I. Comments welcome. Enjoy the trip.

Thanks to MarkHirst for seeing a flaw in my proof reading. I originally had the words "Sliver Streak" instead of "Silver Streak". I had to fix it! Did so and reposeted the image. Thanks Mark! Good eye!

Wow, great work! I've never seen that classic design before, but I must say, it looks fast! LOL. Great work, the poster feels very authentic. I like how you captured the So Cal Countryside too.

Gotta love this image of the old Zephyr. Perfect 30s poster - very well rendered. I've seen these old timers in museums.

Not only a top-notch modeling of the train, lot of work for the environment, but a style that matches perfectly with the mood of this impressive scifi train made true! Fantastic image.
