As promised, here are more photographs of the Washington State flower: The Rhododendron. When I posted "Fanfare" and said I would post a lot more rhodys, I actually didn't have ANY other rhododendron photographs in my portfolio. Zip. Nada. Was I worried? Ummm . . . no. The chances of missing out on good rhody shots around here is pretty slim. They're ubiquitous, they're beautiful, and people tend to plant them near the street. I don't have to slink around to get these shots! By request, I am doing three of these together and leaving comments open on only one. I'm not sure how I'll like this, and I reserve the right to go back to bombarding you with images whenever I feel like it! :) However, a reasonable request from a dear and wonderful friend is not to be ignored out of hand.
