Upload: 015 V Title: Embassadora - iris, Tribute to Mothers Day Series: Cloud Burst - First photograph of three Location: My kitchen studio Date: April 27, 2007 Image: N03873M1c Camera: Nikon D70, Full Frame, natural daylight w/fill card Commentary: This is the flower and photograph that started the Cloud Burst series that reminded me so of the Southwest Four Corner landscape and I hope it is an acceptable tribute to all the mothers who's unpaid work rarely gets any recognition, as I dedicate this one to all of you and to my wife Shahnaz. I will be back next week to have a look at everyone else's gallery to comment.

Good evening, Egmont. I have just relooked at all three works. A magnificent series of intense beauty. A wonderful "Embassadora -iris". The soft white of the upper flower like clouds or maybe a brides veil. I adore the richess the detail in the lower part too. Taken as a whole the beauty is quite simply breathtaking. A wonderful tribute to Mothers, and a sublime dedication to Shahnaz. I wish a happy evening to both. Hugs. Diane.
