Shari (Tizzjezme) mentioned when commenting on yesterday's female grackle picture that the grackles where she lived were black with beady eyes :-) Well here is the male boat tailed grackle, I think he fits her description! I find these birds hard to photograph, the bluish black feathers never show true to life. Thank you for your comments! I hope everyone has a terrific Mother's Day!
