I do switch off the rating system from now on, because there are some members here who are giving me great comments and than a low rating. On every pic they kill my average. I do not understand that. Why are they not honest? Why do they not write me what they do not like on my pics? :(

This has to be one of my favorites by you, Klaus. In fact, it's one of my favorites by anyone! It's absolutely stunning!! The POV, the sky, color, everything is Great! (I never use that rating thing on my posts. I think it's unreliable, even deceptive.)

I too disable the ratings on my posts. If I like someone's work enough to comment, I click the five. I don't even know why they have other choiced, no one uses them except to gain an advantage over someone else. That's not what this is supposed to be about. I adore this image, it has so much emotional energy.

this is a very impressive shot! excellent! Love the perspective, combo of the stones & green and the wild greyish sky... I have switched off the rating feature also....(and i do not give any ratings anymore, somehow the rating system on here doesnt feel precise enuf , sorry..)
