Description
This image is actually pretty old. I forgot about it until looking through my acres of artwork. I forgot how much I loved it.
The only poser figure involved was "brooke" by daz, untextured. Background made in Bryce. The sword is entirely hand painted as is hair, and garments. Her hair is "soaking wet" and blowing by a strong wind, hence its thick slopped tendrils, thats on purpose.

I like it, but, did she have an accident with her little-finger? Lou.

Easy to understand why you love it - it has a very dreamy feel. I particularly like the blue/purple shadows on her chest and neck. Great flowing curves in her dress which are echoes in the 'steam' and clouds.

Very pretty. I'd like to see more hair flowing in the wind. Sure, painting hair is a pain but it'd really add to the image.

One recieve an extremely nice sensation at first sight, and I guess thats what counts. Id preferred a wider distribution of background mountains _ it seems as if they were cutted just behind her; and, yes, more hair flowing in the wind. You can see how much passion and love has been putted on this picture. Thanks for sharing!!!

Wonderful image. It's great going back and finding forgotten treasures. I'm amazed at the quality of the painting. Wish I could do that. I only wish it were larger; I'd like to take a closer look at the details. Well done. -Alan

Looks great! Very good. If I would have to point something, it would be the water, which seems to have two different angles: under her and behind her. You tried to disguise that with the clouds but it was one of the first things i noticed. Anyway, it's a great image.

This is just wonderful, the only element I would comment on is the mountains in the background, they are blending too well with the background. I think a little contrast would differentiate them from the sky/sea. On first glance, all my eye picked up was the downward white strokes. The hair is perfect to me... doesn't matter how much you have, when it's wet it clumps. The sword and belt are just phenomenal. Beautiful image, I can see very well why you loved it.

Dayam! That's awesome work! Fix the left forearm where the light cuts off too fast and you have a masterpiece in the works! Beautiful!

I can see why you love it. You have great skill in painting, the picture is wonderfull. The fog, the water, all is convincing and in my eyes her hair looks quite right. I would have imagined Excalibut to be a broader and bigger sword, but yours probably fits the possibilities in Arthurs time more than my expectations. Great, great work.
