Description

another of my shots caught in the back garden. surprisingly these are quite difficult to capture as they do tend to move quite quickly lol. i prefer to shoot the small ones (1cm) as they dont seem to have as much shell damage as the large ones. Camera: minolta 5D Lens: sigma 70mm Film: digital iso 400 1/160sec f7.1 hope you like it

This is wonderful. I love the compo on the diagonal and the lovely shinyishness of his...whatever it is...body I guess. Beautiful one!

Another great photo. So clear and sharp you can see the stalk through the transparency of the snails body which is nice. Almost perfect DOF too. Would love to have seen the left eye stalk thingy in focus but at f7.1 from that point to the shell there was probably not much to play with in the focal range. Still, another good shot. Well done.
