Hello, Seeing what happens when you combine the tone mapping with other things, bit of Photoshop, and a chunk of me. After all this stupid sculpture and stuff I guess you could say that I'm starting to crack up.... Gotta let it all out some how ;'] I'm sorry that is has to be here and like this though ya poor people. So this is how I hate sculpture... Ouch! Someone need Visine...That's how my eyes feel when I've worn my contacts too long. LOL. Actually this is quite brilliant, Kai. If this is your eye, it's beautiful, even like this. Bravo on some excellent postwork. -M :^) PS Is tone mapping the same as displacement mapping? I would think that's how this was done...

I have seen a lot of "eye" photos but I think this one has to be one of the very BEST!!! So original and you did a fantastic job layering these two images. I'm amazed at how the lower lashes seem to be growing out of that cracked earth! Fantastic job Kai!! You don't like sculpting? I think it's a blast playing with clay. What don't you like about it?? hehe
