Description
So as a little explanation for yesterday's shot, my parents are re-doing an old house here in St Andrews, the builders opened up the 1st floor (which had been sealed for a while and i was hoping to get some cool "derelict" shots) yesterday and i got the opportunity to be one of the first inside. It turned out to be fairly boring on the "derelict" side of things... although there were some opportunities for photos. The rubble you saw in yesterday's upload was from the window and it's frame as they just knocked it compeletely out.
This was an old stlye lightswitch on the wall of the corridor i liked because there was a window behind my right shoulder (which you will see in tomorrow's upload) which gave it nice lighting.
Enjoy!

Great lighting, I love it!

Simple and effective. Minimalist composition that is harder to pull off than it appears -- you did it well. Too bad there were no dead bodies or hidden treasure, or dragon lurking! ;'P

Good old-fashioned, multi-functional wood chip wallpaper and surface mounted light switch and cable........ you don't see much of that around anymore. A great minimalistic shot and I love the way the light fades into shadow to the left. Sorry that you felt there was not much there, but you did a great job on what WAS there! xx

Wow! Awesome! At first glance before I read the title andwhile I was scrolling to the left it seemed to me as a electron-microscopical picture od a spermatosoid of a frog or someting:)) Really cool!!!!:))

The minimalism works really well here. What is prionbrain going on about? I'm lost, lol. Well seen, Rich.
