Description

Hello to you all. We as a group (in my experience) we take so many excellent shots of plants. Flowers, leaves, seeds and even thorns get a great deal of attention from us but we tend to ignore or over look those less glamorous parts of plants which fill a vital role. My subject today is the support structure of a plant. It holds everything together, acts as conduit supplying water and other vital materials from the roots to the rest of the plant but is rarely used as a subject itself. Enough of my rambling on, hope you enjoy the capture. Many thanks to all of you who have viewed and/or commented on my previous image. I appreciate it a great deal. I hope that you all have an excellent weekend.

I must agree with you Mark, that many people in the world tend to take the simple things for granted and get so caught up in the "extravagant", and unfortunately its not only in terms of photography... I love the capture, so simple and yet so elegantly composed. I like the frame very much, as it brings out the image brilliantly. Quite electrifying and most certainly very authentic and unique. A "Natural Design" indeed, and a very beautiful one at that!
