Under vigilant care Kindness and respect And an understanding Shared Once just a blossom On a mangled vine Cultivated by time This string that binds These tenuous lines Has come true At long last we stand To savor the ripen fruit What of the flavor? Bittersweet, sour Or deliciously divine? Cautiously plucked By hands of experience And hearts of compassion By eyes that beamed into The past to see In order to believe The future is ours Now to take Keep thy faith Hearts that entwine Environs create Joyous fruits that bear And replenishes its Own truth

Keep the faith... Hard to do after awhile... But as a friend of mine once told me, "Faith isn't faith until it's all you have left." Well, I'm gettin' to that place. Happiness, Joy and Peace to both of you, my gardener Friends- Always. I find some encouragement in your lovely words and thoughts. Take care- M.
