I know my salvation I know my destruction Virtue and vice Love I know compassion is a gift I know things now I never knew Strength over vulnerability Prudence My journey to recovery Transforms into discovery Peace over pain Fortitude I am a spark trying to catch the flame I am here because you were there Caged and released Hope I've never played the victim Nor was ever a benchwarmer Triumph over failure Faith I own part of that windswept past All shame gone in the flood of the monsoon rain Amend and forgive Justice I know my salvation I know my destruction Elation not intoxication Temperance

Truth be told I make everything up as I go. I don't know much but I'm learning and I have more vices than virtues...but at least I know where my weaknesses lies.
