Description
Here's a picture I did using tS 7.1. It's bound to not attract many comments given that the subject is not only a bit boring but also relies heavily on a previously published picture of mine!
I remember seeing those great old nautical paintings and imagined one of these hanging in a tired and rundown seaside cafe or pub somewhere. This is the result.

I think it's really actually quite nice. The thumbnail drew my attention as well. Not sure I get seaside cafe from it, but it brings back memories of my old polish grandfathers house after his wife passed. Very interesting piece.

i actually like the whole mantle peice setup itself, the framed picture just sets it all off, along with the peeling wallpaper. The thumbnail did catch my eye too. jen

Fantastic image, Stephen, you always pay attention to details, to make each new image tell a story. The "painting" is of course excellent, and I really like the peeling wallpaper - adds much to the atmosphere.

Thank you all for the kind words. The lighting is thanks to tS 7.5's HDRI feature. I'm pleased that so many people remarked on the peeling wallpaper! It took a while to get that looking right.
