Description

While wandering around with my camera in the next neighborhood over one day, I was fortunate enough to come across a man working in his yard. Gardens, really - the whole place was just beautiful. He invited me to take pictures of anything I wanted, and even pointed out plants he thought would be interesting to me. He had a whole bed of trilliums. It was pretty spectacular!

Good contrast of light and dark in this wonderful capture of the trileafed beauty in all its mauve/green glory, Tara! You are so fortunate to have a kind and trusting soul invite you into his garden. BTW, trillium sounds like something you would find in the Periodic Table of the Elements, along with argon, barium, carbon, helium, hydrogen, et al.

I know of a landscaper that has a huge garden in his front yard, and he allowed me to do the same. he did not have any of these beauties although.spectacular flower and capture
