Description
Dating back to the 11th century, Warwick Castle has a rich and colourful history. The first foundations of significance were laid by Ethelfleda, the daughter of Alfred the Great in 914. I will show you this ancient part of the castle another time it has now become a rather beautiful feature of the interior gardens..
At the Castle they have had a feature called Ghosts Alive and a host of activities such as firework displays, and they tell the tale of the supposed death of Sir Greville a noted poet. Indeed, some of the hosts go into quite a bit of detail about the legend, including the fact Greville was in London at the time of the murder. Despite the historical bias, much of the emphasis in Ghosts Alive is the fact the Ghost Tower is apparently still haunted by Greville, and his assailant Ralph Heywood.
I hope I managed to convey a little of the spooky presence of the place here..

I have been in the tower where thay do the live ghost show I found it most funny I even jumped out out one of the actors and made him jump! Great photo, great post work.
