Description

Greetings, to all you fun loving Rositeers. I started out today to build a simple ship model. Then one thing led to another and I decided to put it in a posting. After careful thought, I decided a stormy night time ocean scene would be the ticket. That's when things went bonkers. Had a dickens of a time seeing my ship. I mean it's a stormy night, with the standard associated darkness. I couldn't see my ship or ocean or clouds or anything.... rats...!!! Then, by a most fortuitous happenstance, a bolt of lightning flashed just as I was taking this render. Problem solved...!!! Man, talk about a stroke of good luck... Hope you enjoy this bit of fluff from yours truly... And everyone please have a great week ahead..! Dave :^) P.s. Hope all you Daddies had a terrific Fathers day also.. Credits: Rendered in Bryce 5.5 Ship modeled by DLO. (via Wings3d) Ocean modeled by DLO. (again Wings3d) Lightning is an edited terrain from a tube in PSP-10 Rain and DLO added in postwork via Adobe PhotoShop. Skelly Captain imported from Poser. P.s. You may have to go Full View to make out the rain.. **********************************************************

This isn't a ship with a skeleton crew is it? Are dem bones at the helm? Am I seeing wrong.....totally....electrifying!! (groan)... sorry couldn't resist.....you knew someone would say it..right? LOL This is genuinely fantastic!! I love how the rain gives the grainy effect...you do pay attention to details....I do have one question. is that a person being fried or is it the lightening? cause it looks like a person...to me anyway...but then remember this is a gal that sees dragons and such in the clouds...LOL ((hugs)) Michelle..
