If these creatures were any bigger, this would be the last thing you saw. Think prehistoric omnivors or velosaraptors! This is an Americana chicken (the ones also known as "Easter Egg" chickens, because they lay light green colored eggs). Actually very gentle, unless you are a bug crawling on the grass. Chickens are tick eating machines! But our daughter holds "Pepperlock" and was holding her for this picture! If they were as big such as a German Sherpard I would not be writing this. I encourage all of you to have/raise a few chickens, you will learn a LOT.
