My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Frankly, I always think that there are parts of a flower that are far more interesting and beautiful than the whole. But before I started taking macros, I had no idea there were such beautiful things hidden within. This is a gorgeous shot! So well balanced for appeal and the focus is wonderful. Stellar!

I'm thinking modern-day sailing ship here, raising the mast and sail together from horizontal to vertical. Lovely color, clarity, DOF, and presentation, Tara.
