Description

"...We have a slight problem." A missile has found its mark. While it hasn't hit the main body of the transport, it's certainly going to cause problems for this beleagered ship. The ship was modeled in Bryce, while the background, planet, and the explosion were all done in Photoshop. I hope you enjoy this, I am trying something rather new for me, in the method of making the explosion (I've avoided them mostly because they always seemed so hard to do) Comments and criticisms are certainly welcome, you all have already helped my work so much that I eagerly await learning still more. Thanks!

Nice Photoshop job : colors and shades are great - Try adding some little pieces propelled by the explosion !

Impressive, active space render. Explosion is excellent, as well as the texturing on the planet, and detsils on the spaceship. Must be seen fullsized to really appreciate.
