Description

On my trip to New York City last week, my first in over 10 years, I had to go by the site of the former World Trade Centers. What has been known as "ground zero" is now an enormous, bustling construction site. However, for those who come to pay their respects there is also a memorial museum located there. Not too large, but jam packed with emotion. On my last trip there I was on top of the towers photographing the city. These two pictures I took inside the museum. Kind of puts things in perspective. Oh yes, note to presidential candidate John Edwards: all this is NOT a bumper sticker slogan. 4th in a sequential series of New York. Thanks for viewing. marshall

This is a profoundly poignant and moving montage. Wow, one of the photos show a couple with the twin towers looming in the distance. Recently a videotape showing a suicide bomber "graduation ceremony" at an al Qaeda-Taliban training camp was released; is it propaganda as some suggest or the beginning of a wave of terrorist attacks?
