Sorry no picture!BIOHello! My name is Tunde King (and yes this is a girl name) I am living in Australia, on a Central coast between ocean and lake.
I use a canon 400d dslr with many lenses and filters, when editing cs3 is my choice.
I love to take picture of everything but my favorite subject(s) is food photography and still life. On holidays I do capture nature's beauty and I am not shy make abstarct pictures either.
I have no study of any kind in photography. Magazines and book and a very helpful photography forums lend a hand to be better and understanding taking a photograph.

Cripes Tunde!!! What a shot... Glad you did not go nearer, we need you here in one piece with us. A remarable report shot. You should sell it to the newspapers. I hope with all my heart no one was hurt. Also that you had covered your nose and mouth. That smoke looks so acrid...Poor tree too.... Hugs, my dear friend. Di. xx

I once had an old VW bus - with the carb between the front seats... well, it had some problems with too much gas in the carb when you started it and one day while looking for a newer car at a used car lot, we got in the VW with the intent of going to another car lot...we cranked it and WHOOOOOOSHHHHHHHHH! flames shot up between the seats and the smell of gas was everywhere. I refused to run until I had found my purse and some paperwork I had brought home from work. By the time the fire department got there and put out the fire, the entire interior was burned up and only springs remained of the seats. But ya gotta say this for VW... they made a danged dependable set of wheels because we got in it, sat on the toasty springs and cranked that baby up and drove it home. :-) We also borrowed my daughter's car and went out and bought a replacement for the VW bus the next day. This shot sure reminds me of that... good photo!

My goodness Tunde, be carful out there and keep an eye on the surroundings when you have your eye to the camera! Excellent action shot!!!

Tunde! I'm surprised that with this once in a lifetime opportunity you didn't throw caution to the winds, plunge in, and take some awesome shots of this inferno! Adventure!!! Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead! So, what would make that smoke so solid black, anyway? I thought it would be a combination of many shades of black, white and gray! And, what odd flames! It looks like a pile of red flowers sitting on the car. Incidentally, I posted several closeup photos of a car fire, replete with firemen, on my gallery several months ago. But no flames, just smoke. Check it out when you get the chance.
