She was not nervous or frightened as many people are that talk to a detective. She was, it's hard to say what she was, she was reluctant, and eager.Perhaps she was frightened in the end. And she definetely was not able to tell her story logically consistant. In the movies she had a script. That's easier. Moira got her a cup of coffee and I offered her a cigarette. She relaxed a bit and finally made it.
She had got hate mail.
'I wouldn't think that too uncommon for a celebrity... you must be used to get not only fan mail'
'No, it isn't uncommon but this here is, well it is very personal, ya know.'

It seems I have at least one thing in common with Ms. Vavoom. I feel quite unable to tell the story... it would be difficult enough to do it in German and having translated a friends website all day long I couldn't find the words for a dialogue... have I saddled myself with too heavy a burden? I do hope I haven't.
Anyway, If you find a mistake, some nonsense I wrote - please tell me!
If you have suggestions what a native speaker really would say - let me know!

Wunderbar!!! Your english is quite capable, AFAIK (I'm not a native english speaker myself). If I might make a suggestion, you ought to try integrating images and text, the way it is done in some graphic novels (for example, white or light-grey text on top of the darker parts of the image). It often makes for a more integrated reading experience.
