Description
While the 1400 cbm Amicus Friendship III is designed primarily for surface to close orbit flight, it is capable of interplanetary excursions if long term berths and a galley are installed in the cargo area.
It would be possible, although dangerous and highly uncomfortable, to attempt such a flight without special fittings. This was attempted by a small group of Crimethink rebels from Oceania(Theta Orci IV) who attempted to escape in a stolen starport shuttle. They were trying to reach asylum on Morass(Theta Orci III).

Why what did I do this time?
Denger
What's the equivalent displacement tonnage of that interface boat? She is beautifully designed and rendered. Excellent!
NefariousDrO
I agree, she is beautifully designed and rendered. If you have Photoshop, or a program that can use Photoshop plugins (I thin Corel's photo-editor is one such program) look into www.flamingpear.com They have some great plugins for making planets, starscapes, etc. Really cool stuff and reasonably priced at that.

Great picture!!! The Interface Boat is very cool!! Did you model it in Bryce? Thanks for using my planets!!! This is the first time I've seen them in some else's artwork.

@vector rector: Nice axe! @Denger: about 100dt. According to mt a ton is 13.5 cubic meters. Most sources call a displ ton 14 cbm so I go with that. @NefariousDrO: I'm all over flamingpear. I make maps using LunarCell and Flexify2. @egehlin: Thanks for making your wonderful planets available. I'll need to talk to you about how you create them. I do most of my modeling in Wings3D, although I do some boolean work in Bryce6, convert to mesh and export to Wavefront .obj for further manipulation in wings. @All: Thanks for the kind words.
