Description
It was some sort of animal, the one that had stalked him these long nights and that he'd only seen glimpses of till now. It came from the darkness, its head the only fully visible thing, its eyes the brightest; bright against the dark like dying coals. They were like the taillights of his father's old car, the ones that looked like a monster's eyes when you squinted. He'd had a nightmare about these eyes once
