I'm Janis, living in Paris.
After theater, poetry and painting for many years, photo is my huge passion since 3 years!  I'm a self-made woman...... oh yes!:o)   I'm so sorry I can't write correctly in english but I can read your comments and of course they are welcome!
"The lens as sole whitness!... fugitives moments, dreams, in a single word increment one of my passions and share it with you happyness and emotions"!
Je suis absolument autodidacte... he oui!:o)

"Keep um' coming Janiss don't let other people stop you from doing what you love to do!!!" write spm91g . it is a real truth for an artist !!! The positive critic is good ! The congratulations heat our heart, but we are extra sensible !!! Great picture by a very great "abstract" photograph !

No need to apologize for you lack of fluency in English. You images speak volumes. I for one am not tiring of your glasses, it is a wonderful series. You approach to the postwork and feel for these images is inspiring. I really like the way the back of the chair becomes a main desing element in this one.

Your presentations are exquisite. Please do not stop.

I don't know who bothered you, but shame on them. I'd like to have that glass of wine with my dinner tonight! Lovely!

Janis I was told along time ago on here that the artist has something in mind when we create therefor we see with our eyes and were usual correct: the reason is we know what we want to compose when we do it take a picture ,whatever it is: one or twenty people giving bad comments just don't count Don't mind what people say ,as your photography is splendid and very original perhaps they're jelous: Great series keep them coming:

Love the cane-back chair in this one. Gives good interest and depth. As for the comments, I can only say that in my circle of friends, there is only amazement and respect for your talent as it is so very uniquely done. Perhaps these others are envious of your ability to produce totally original and unique photos. Any fun made of your grasp of the English language is insane. First of all, the fact you even try is to your credit. And second, I wonder if they take the time to translate their comments into French for the rather large number of French-speaking members of RR????? They have little room to judge anyone. They may have their own opinions, but they have to be prepared to take the same criticism they dish out.
