ok, this is just one pitiful, bedraggled and sorry looking fly. Did someone beat it with an ugly stick? And the reason I say this is because you've done an excellent job of photographing this retched creature. :-) Excellent macro.

With friends like these you must save a fortune buying drinks ! Another great close up, my next post will be unusual for me because its... a close up and not from 1,000 feet at 90 mph.
