Description

The Tantra controls a maze of caves, it is the guardian of an ancient secret that has been hidden for centuries. Markings on its body are a map to this secret but only those who are daring enough to face the creature and defeat it may have the chance to unlock the key to it's location. A ball of web floats above a cage on it's back and inside it's belly a large golden sack. It's web though sticky may come in handy, the final hint lay where it's sandy. This was kind of inspired after playing the game Shadow of the Colossus. Although it does not stick with the color theme of those Boss designs it does have areas along its body that will unlock the secret as well as dangerous attacks. I thought that a cave with tons of giant holes leading through each cavern as a maze would be an interesting place to fight this creature and to try and figure out how to reach the final hint that would lead to this hidden secret it holds within the markings.

This is an amazingly well-done creature. I was struck at first by the unusual mixture of things that hinted towards creatures we're familiar with, but somehow diverged in unexpected ways. Then I noticed the marks on its limbs and body. Only then did I read your description. I'm glad I waited, because I puzzled over them for a bit, and now I appreciate them even more! Great work.
