Description

While riding my Mountain bike looking for more Property to buy in 100 degree weather, I was following the left side of the upper valley up some and came to this spot which I thought deserved a photograph. I ride an average of about 25 miles a day 7 days a week to keep in shape besides Sward practice and Marshal arts training every day. Since I am 56, disabled with a bad back and bad feet, so t is very important to stay in very good shape. Most people think I am in my low 40's or even lower sometimes, aren't they nice /chuckles. I can usually out ride most people no matter what age they are. That goes for my women as well /winks. Enjoy my friends.
