This is a remarkable image.... so much to take in, a superb clear and sharp view. What a beautiful sky, which seems as though a storm is brewing; making for a very powerful atmosphere. Love the detail of the stones, seems like a very trainquil and serene landscape. The open space is absolutely gorgeous!

Good atmosphere in your image illustrating very well, with a dark sky over the landscape & remains, this part of Great Britain history. Thanks for explanations & testimony you give here, about Roman empire... Perhaps I forgot or my history teacher didn't tell enough details to us about Roman "era"...
