Description

Captured 5/2/07 growing on a bush bordering the local Outback steakhouse. Well, at least I think it's a camellia. If not, let me know what it is and I'll change the title. I'm trying to graduate past the "My mystery flower for today" stage in my titles. Have a stimulating Saturday!

That is most likely a camellia. There are hundreds of different varieties! From what I can see of the leaves, it looks like you have made an accurate assessment. Your photograph is beautiful! I love that pink-to-yellow shading. Gorgeous.
