Hello everyone first of all, let me apologise for not being around lately. i just got myself a full time job which is taking up must of my time. this pic was taken yesterday evening at essex. i spotted something like this on friday on my way back from work, so i jump of the train to go seach for a nice location to try out something (landscape photography) peewee05 aka Vera indroduced me to few months back, and here as u can c is the outcome. Pls both critical & non-critical comments are welcome

Good to see you here :) - Congrats on the job ! You've captured some great colour and under lighting on the clouds though there are a few too many dark spaces for me. On my patch (Essex) but I don't know this place.

I'm glad you posted this and good luck for your trip tonight. I think this shot is great, you've got a good few elements in this shot to make it worth a good hard look. The fence, trees and distance wind turbines. Crit? About the only thing that I could say is that the sun isn't centred but not far off, it's just something to think about, weather you would like for your sun to be centred or not, however I do think the horizon is well positioned in relation to the clouds. Your image has a good balance. You've done a great job with the colours, your image hasn't been taken over with the golden glow as well as not letting the sun burn out your image. I gotta get me a new lens!!! I can't wait for our next walkabout, I hope Rich can show us another side of London, hey Rich what do you say?

A very pleasing landscape, the sky is exposed perfectly with gradation from orange to blue, the cloud's lighting is powerful, and the sillouette of landscape frames it and the water well.
