Description

I still have a few more wildflower shots to come but haven't got around to editing them yet, plus I liked this shot so much I just couldn't wait to post it, lol. I'd already got a few shots of this tree which were only mediocre because of the poor light and was about to head back across the fields to home, when the clouds broke and the sunlight hit the tree perfectly. Now I've found this location I planning on doing a series of shots of this tree throughout the year under differeant conditions. Bring on the mist and fog, lol. Great find and capture! The dark clouds on the "leaves" side and the lighter clouds on the "no leaves" side add an interesting contrast IMHO. Can't wait to see more of this tree... Any idea what caused one side to bear no leaves?
