shot this about 2 miles away and the building is maybe a 40-50 story.I was trying a 500 lens out- dreaming been having connection problems so I maybe late commenting thanks for your visit and comments

That's some lens, Richard. I wish I had one for the airshows like stevey3d. This will open up a whole new world of photo possibilities. I like your choice of subject. I look at these spidery cranes and wonder how they stay up in the sky looking as flimsy as they do. Cool capture!

You would never know that you were that far away. Hard for me to get my head around a 40 - 50 story building. Not sure I would want to be up that high. Great shot.
