Description

Im pretty much done sculpting. Ive moved on to texturing. I dont have much experience with that, but I think its coming along well. On the body I still need to finish up the feet, lower legs, & inner mouth. Then I'll just give the whole body a once over with some spots & noise. After that I'm moving on to giving the eye a realistic texture as awell as the loincloth. I also modeled some spiked wrist bands in Maya that I'll detail after the texturing. Thanks for looking. Questions, comments, & crits are welcome.

This thing is great -- definitely not something I'd want to meet in person. I just have one comment about it. With such sharp teeth it almost seems like he needs to have something else that's sharp as well, maybe finger/toe nails. True enough this is a cyclops, so maybe the sharp finger/toe nails wouldn't really apply.

Can't fault it! Maybe he's been biting his finger and toenails;)Wouldn't need clippers with those teeth:) Superb work!

He's really creepy and cool! I'd like to see your take on a beholder - another one-eyed freak!

woooow, excelent monster character! About texturing it's nearly perfect, maybe some reflective effect for the eye and a separate texture for the nails coud be better. the best you can do too is adding some... "dirt" on his skin, he looks too clean for a bestial monster. Anyway it's an excellent job you made, and a master class in be!
