Description

This is the natural sequence of two other pictures I made a few weeks ago, "The Path is Long" and "Diving in Vala da Cana". In the first, there was a rocky path, in the second a river, with similar layouts. Now I sort of put the two together. And thus ends another trilogy... :-) The first one touched the subject of a young woman about to enter the "real life", after finishing her studies (please read my explanation there). The second one showed a "similar" path, but with a young boy, at the age of seven. At that age, life doesn't seem hard nor complex. At that age, life is a gracefully, easily flowing river, to where you can jump without fears. Now... the interpretation of the third one, this "Convergence". Well, I will leave that to you... :-) Thanks for watching!

The rock path and atmosphere are extraordinary! I love the bit of surrealism with the animals all traveling the same path.

Really creepy! Emergence and convergence. VERY cool! I might have stuck a duck on the grass heading the other way, looking over the shoulder, but that's to much to ask! LOLOLOLOLOL I really like this one! But I guess I'm going with the flow! XD

What a captivating image. It invites you to step in and join the journey, it feels almost compulsive! Although it’s not clear what’s at the end of the converging paths, the overall atmosphere suggests its something good. My interpretation: there are many ways to get to your destination, some pleasant (the swans floating effortlessly down the stream) some along a tree -protected path (the deer) and some on a hard and rocky road like the sheep. They all get there in the end, but seem to be confined to their own predetermined path. Since there are no humans in the image, I would like to believe we can make our own choice - I wish I could join the swans. Thanks for this beautiful yet thought provoking image.

Very nice way to combine your two other pictures, like the feeling of this one a lot better then the previous ones. You seem to have a very good understanding of ecosystems, i always end up with something totally different than what i want when i use them. Oh and i had to google Convergence, dam that is a lot of meanings for one word!

Once again you have turned a unique idea into a render that we can all share and enjoy. On a technical note: I think I can see the slight issue with vue "ecosystems" - all the nearer cows seem to be marching in step! Excellent image.

All roads lead to Rome ? It's a strange migration. For a reader of Rabelais, the presence of sheep is a little worrying... but it's really well done, particularly the texture of the way.
