Description

Last week I posted some pictures of what I call the Dutch desert.. this is another one. I think those clouds are wonderful and I think in this case even essential for the composition of the picture.

I really like the angle you took this at; it makes the whole thing seem slightly off-kilter, slightly dimensionally warped. Colors could be a little more vivid but aside from that it's wonderful.

Yes I have found a few inland places in the Netherlands my friends Ger and Ilona took me to where the sand seems to seep up from the ground is this such a place or a coastal dune formation?
