We're supposed to be picked up, though by WHAT, since the Gate is in the other direction, I haven't a clue!" A flash of blue light in the distance caught Camilla's attention. She gaped in surprise as a gate formed WITHOUT the Gate structure. As she gasped silently at the monstrous warship that exited the impossible gate, Vik answered a sudden hail on their comm console. A red haired young woman appeared on the view screen, wearing the white beret of a starship commander. "Hi, Vik!" she grinned, "Long time, no see!" "Zana O'Mara." Vik frowned, as Camilla watched, "Do YOU have ANY idea what's going on? And what IS that thing?" Zana looked unbearably smug. "As to what's happening, I received orders to pick YOU up, pick up Flamestrike and Pixie in Aldebaran, and haul ass to Hound's Tooth Station." "TWO Shadow Hound teams?" Vik exclaimed in surprise.
